I usually don't go to the gym since my job as an iron worker requires working long hours, I don't have time to work out , But because my job requires a lot of physical effort, I started taking the gummies to see if I could have a good rest and start the next day with more energy and I can tell you that if they really work, they have improved my bed time a lot and I wake up the next day feeling like new with a lot of energy ready to work for another 12 or 14 hours. I do recommend that you use them if you have problems sleeping and if you want to start the day with a lot of energy.
I feel great, they work and non-addictive. I can still sleep without them

I won’t say I have been suffering from insomnia, but the past three weeks sleep hasn’t been flowing, literally I went to bed around 11pm and lay in bed till 6am. By the time the sleep came it was time to get out of bed. The first night I was out by 11pm, it had me so relaxed that I couldn’t fight the sleep, I was out, the second night same, the issue is that I don’t want to wake up now, the sleep was so restful. And the taste is good. I’ve tried melatonin and it didn’t help, this is highly recommended
