Our gummies have a shelf life of two years, and the best-by date is printed on the bottom of each jar. We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place.

Each jar contains 30 servings, with each serving providing a potent 5g of creatine monohydrate!

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Typically, orders placed before noon ET during the week get fulfilled the same day! Deliveries usually occur within 3-5 days from the time they’re shipped.
